Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. There might be a slight difference in color, shape of the flower and size – as some of it will come as fresh as a bud to ensure longevity life of the flower. However, we at DUBAIROSES.AE always strive to achience utmost perfection and you can assured that every effort will be made to match the picture as shown.

No, there is no any minimum value for the order and we will deliver all products that are displayed on our website except the accessories as it should be purchased with a bouquet or arrangement.

Yes, you can arrange for the flower delivery to be a surprise! During the checkout process, please provide detailed delivery instructions and full receiver address. Be clear if you want us to call the receiver before the delivery or you want us to call you, the sender, that the gift will be delivered within a certain timeframe soon. We will do our best to accommodate your request and make the surprise a memorable one.

No worries, your identity is safe with us! If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If your gift recipient calls DUBAIROSES.AE to ask who the  gift is from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise.

If after 6 hours timeframe after item delivery and the recipient calls DUBAIROSES.AE insisting for the sender details, for security purposes, we need to give out sender name.

Please note, if the recipient doesn’t want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.

Delivery

When your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the details of your product. Be sure to check your email. If you did not receive it in your inbox, we kindly request you to please check your “spam” folder as well. You can follow your order status any time by tracking here in the website.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted to ask if the he wants the item to leave at the door else a second delivery attempt will be made either on the same day or the next business day with extra delivery charges. After the next business day the order will be considered as delivered.

When your order is delivered, you will receive an Order Delivery Completed Confirmation on your email. 

There are different delivery time options on the website upon checkout. You can choose your preferred time of delivery and we will deliver your order accordingly.

Yes, we need  to contact them to ensure we have the correct address. We will try to message the recipient on WhatsApp first, if the given mobile number has WhatsApp. If not, we will call to inform them.
