If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through email or message us on whatsapp with your name and order number.
Same-day and next day orders cannot be cancelled as we try to process your order immediately after you placed them.
If your order has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order anymore.
Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept any product returns and exchanges.
Please note that not all products cannot be cancelled as some of the flowers are counted as preorders and as soon you place the order for those items, we immediately place order to the supplier and this cannot be undone.
Refund & Return Policy
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. No refund policy shall be made due to the fact that we sell perishable flower arrangements.
If the item received is not in good condition, the customer must notify our customer service staff within 24hrs after receiving the product and provide proof to justify the complaint.
If the complaint is found to be true, we will replace the damaged products.
Futhermore, no refund is applicable for any occasion arising from customer error, including but not limited to incorrect information provided, refusal of the receiver to receive the item which is beyond the control of dubairoses.ae, and duplicate order upon checkout supposing that there was no technical issue during the processing of payment.
