During the checkout process, please provide detailed delivery instructions on the "Note to Seller" on cart before checkout and full receiver address on checkout. Be clear if you want us to call the receiver before the delivery or you want us to call you, the sender, that the gift will be delivered within a certain timeframe soon. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted to ask if he wants the item to leave at the door else a second delivery attempt will be made either on the same day or the next business day with extra delivery charges.
