Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that all orders with a total value exceeding AED 300 are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Upon successful placement of an order, our system immediately initiates the preparation process, including procurement and reservation of flowers and related materials from our suppliers.
This preparation process begins as soon as the order is confirmed, irrespective of the scheduled delivery date. Even if the delivery is set for a later date, including up to one (1) week after the order is placed, the order will still be treated as final and non-reversible.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products and the contractual commitments involved in reserving items with our suppliers, cancellations or refund requests cannot be accommodated once the order has been processed. This policy is in place to ensure quality, availability, and fairness in our operations.
Refund & Return Policy
- Your purchase is final and non-refundable. No refund policy shall be made due to the fact that we sell perishable flower arrangements.
- If the item received is not in good condition, the customer must notify our customer service staff within 24hrs after receiving the product and provide proof to justify the complaint.
- If the complaint is found to be true, we will replace the damaged products.
- Futhermore, no refund is applicable for any occasion arising from customer error, including but not limited to incorrect information provided, refusal of the receiver to receive the item which is beyond the control of dubairoses.ae, and duplicate order upon checkout supposing that there was no technical issue during the processing of payment.
